The only inherit the world!

Back in the early 90s the term "opinion leaders" as a nickname for someone who has shaped the ability and knowledge to see into the future. Not having a crystal ball or tea leaves, mind you. An innovator and visionary, was a pioneer with regard ahead of the competition when it comes to define the new spotting trends, and the creation of effective business models. Thinkers do not keep their ideas, however, have generously shared their glory with theirCustomers, other managers. and the media. As a result, these thinkers postulate experts (and valuable resources) for a specialized field, becoming the go-to person whenever there was a question on this issue along.

At the moment, for me these people were geeks. They have prospered in a world of "what if it is" ignoring the conventional thinking and acting. Nerd talk to, but not the entire world.

That was then. This is now.

Geeks were strange.Thinkers are unique. Geeks were wise. Mentors are brilliant. Geeks have been largely ignored by everyone, but their small group of peers from other geeks, freaks, nerds e. Pioneer kidnapped collection of interest from colleagues, customers and competitors - which is why the media loves him because every time you start an 'idea, it reports the average wait for a public desperate for a new idea.

The beginning of a new geekdom.
Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are somecomputer nerd, technology, if they were only young revolutionary, because they are not consumed by the limits of acceptable thought and practice your success has produced a new age geek. From the basement Querköpfe a new species was created by a single thinker. Semantics kicked in "geek" in "Thought Leader" because we have developed something cool, you need a name in fact, the strength and positivity. "Geek" evoked words like nerd, dork and extravagant - not attractive to hipper SeptemberBill Gates was likely to laugh in his youth, but his geekiness started a kingdom to reconsider after which the rest of the world their contempt for non-geeks.

In a 2007 interview on The Colbert Report, said computer security expert Richard Clarke, the difference between nerds and geeks is "geeks get it done." Marketing guru Tom Peters, speaks of "Freaks and Geeks" as the people you want in your organization. I say, "Bring On The Geeks!"

And so, "Thought Leader" was born. It 's the name forthe shop is outside the box thinker proverbial for solutions. This is the person who is not for "the way we've always done" or impeded by the fear of failure blinded. The true mind recognizes that in case of failure to make them successful. Without risk, there is no reward. Albert Einstein said: "If at first the idea is not absurd, then there is no hope for them." And one of the most brilliant quirky film, Woody Allen once said: "If you're not failing everyso is a sign not to do anything very innovative. "

Friends ruin too many aspiring value.
Unfortunately, as the world come to see the priceless, a leader of thought, each struggling to snare the title for himself. As a result, just as the word "quality" was the term has become diluted. "Unique" is a lot of original ideas that are not attached. I could say that, of course, after years of watching medical shows and reading Robin Cookmedical mysteries that are capable of surgery. But just because I say it does not do so, right?

The same is true for thinkers. You can not call a pioneer, just because you think it could be. You have the satisfaction in the form of ideas that you tried, the principles and practical solutions you who have done amazing (and not just good).
Discourage this? If so, I do not have a thoughtLeader. But if you are satisfied with the challenge to awaken the creative genius inside of us, there are ways to jump start your creativity.

1. It begins with the identification of five problems facing your industry. Do not worry about solutions. Just think of the challenges.

2. Next, select a problem that is most fascinating. What are the bugs that regularly?

3. Increasing the challenge, to examine what causes this problem. Where are the roots of the problem? For example, there is aDistribution problem? This is due to poor planning, lack of clear communication, insufficient information, weak management, limited resources, or simply bad practice? Whatever the reason, write down the factors.

4. Putting all this information on a card concept. This could take the form of cards are still on a bulletin board, remove the notes on a large pad on an easel or lists on a table to dry. Just make sure it is visible enough to get your attention in a regularBase.

5. Look at the problem and let your imagination run wild. Tell yourself: "Would not it be nice if ..." and note the best results you could hope for,

6. Clear your mind of all its consequences. Place the card with "what if" and let your mind wander to great possibilities. What would it take to get these results? What must change? What you need additional tools (such as personnel, equipment, collaboration, information, knowledge, etc.)? Write down all your thoughts onBoard of Directors. If a negative thought creeps in mind, throw it out. This is not the time for self-criticism!

7. Now you know what you create for the results, consider how to collect the ingredients. What are the skills and who are the people who own them? What can I do besides throw the obstacles? How can you work to adapt existing systems so that better?

8. Armed with the knowledge of the symptoms and treatment options, please discuss your thoughtsColleagues and clients. Write your ideas, comments and concerns.

9. The next step is your thought on testing them in practice. You can not have a mind to throw a real 'idea, not to become his legs. Test & Measurement. Then do it again. And again.

10. If you do not get the results you hoped, go back to Step 5 and start over. With every attempt is closer to success. If it is not the first time goes well, you create a new ending!

Invest in itself. Take theable to offer time, a thinker, real solutions and the world will listen. In the next article I will show you how to share your knowledge with the world.
